OUR STORY
OUR MISSION:
“To make online shopping more personal, more convenient, more fun.”
The Problem
Our founder Liv, a self confessed shopaholic, spent many an evening trawling through her favourite retailer websites, trying to find pieces that matched both her style and also complemented what she already had in her wardrobe…
It was then that she realised the limitations of personalisation within online shopping, that goes beyond what a customer has previously bought with an individual retailer.
In short, personalisation was not personal!
This coupled with retailers challenges surrounding low conversion, and high returns pointed to a clear opportunity.
The idea
The Journey
Liv set about exploring building a solution for both retailers, and ultimately their customers, that serviced an individual’s needs and style.
Armed with a clear proposition and a partnership with Stirling University, Persi has built a clear road map with ambitious targets and an exciting potential.
